CrossFit is defined as “constantly-varied, functional movement performed at high intensity,” where we seek to “increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains.”  BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

We squat, hinge, push, pull, and move our bodies the way they were designed in order to perform measurable, quantifiable work.  We test ourselves constantly and compare our results over time to see just how much fitter we are getting.

It’s tough, but it is a lot of fun!

Barbell Club

Coached by the 2018 Speed Power Strength 77-kg Mens’ Champion, Dr. Austin Ivans, this program will teach you the techniques, tips, and tricks to master the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. Whether you are an Olympic lifting or CrossFit athlete looking to fine-tune your technique, or an athlete in any sport seeking to develop explosive power and body awareness, this program is for you!

Offered Monday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, the Barbell Club will work on the five dedicated training platforms, giving athletes all the space they need to throw serious weight overhead!

Crossfit kids


Adult athletes often have to overcome improper movement patterns and habits before they can focus on increasing their fitness.  With our CrossFit Kids program, we want to teach children of all ages how to move properly from the start and set them up for a lifetime love of fitness!

For our youngest athletes, CrossFit Kids looks a lot like playtime or even organized chaos. But as they mature, our kid athletes are given more complex tasks and movements.  Studies show that his benefits both kids in both body and the mind, so we even have homework and study time after class!
